You may return most products ordered from Constance My Darling's Website. With the exception of flat papers such as wrap & posters. Due to papers fragile nature, all sales are final on these products. The other exception is fabric yardage that has been cut to fill your order. This product is also non-returnable.

 

  Other products from this online shop may be returned within 30 days after the date of delivery for a refund. The item must be unopened, & in the original, undamaged packaging. 

Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs & original shipping charges are not refundable. 
                                                            Be sure to keep your return tracking information until the refund has been processed.

Orders mailed "Ground Shipping" are not insured by the post office. Most small packages under 1 lb. are mailed this way. Once an item is mailed, Constance My Darling is no longer responsible for the product, but if ever an issue we will do our very best to communicate with the post office & customer until resolved!

 It is recommended to purchase postal insurance in case your item ever was to become lost or damaged in transit.

 The customer can use the contact me page to request insurance before an order is mailed. Insurance is an additional fee based on the items value.

When an order is mailed through "USPS Priority Shipping" it will be automatically insured up to $50 through USPS.

If an item was lost or damaged in transit an insurance claim would need to be filed by the customer with USPS.

If a customer wants insurance, & the value of the order is more than $50, the customer would need to purchase additional insurance coverage prior to mailing. You may email me through the contact me page located on the home page to request this. Insurance cost is dependent on the value of the item(s)& is relatively inexpensive.
